With over 20 years of experience in clean and renewable energy, critical infrastructures including water security, cybersecurity, capacity building, education and training, and workforce development, Dr. Liv Blackmon (she/her) has supported both public and private sector organizations across the globe to develop strategy and implementation for innovative solutions. She has led cross-functional international teams to build novel solutions at the federal, state, and local levels to build capacity, boost operational efficiency, and secure critical environments. Blackmon holds a sustained, successful track record in managing people and programs to deliver against strategic and operational goals. She is highly skilled in business and strategy analysis, milestone and risk management, new business development and work shaping with clients, donor/grant cultivation, and portfolio management and has wide experience in building, developing, and managing diverse teams of professions in the technology fields (e.g., cybersecurity).
